SUNNYD Chicken Thighs with Yellow Rice

Prepare your onion and slice very thinly, as well as mincing your garlic.

In a bowl, add your chicken thighs with the olive oil, soy sauce and SUNNYD.

Season the chicken with salt, pepper, oregano, and the stripped thyme.

Toss and let marinate for 1 hour (optional)

Keep the onions in the bowl. Turn on the grill to a high heat, and cook the chicken on each side for 4 minutes. This is to create a nice sear on the skin.

Once cooked on both sides, pour over some of the left over marinade onto the chicken and cover. Cook for another 2 minutes.

On a separate burner, sauté the onions until fully cooked.

Serve the chicken and onions over rice!! Garnish with fresh parsley.
