  • 1/2 cup SUNNYD Smooth Orange
  • 2 carambola (star fruit), sliced 1/2-inch thick
  • 1 pineapple, peeled, cored and sliced into 1-inch rings
  • 4 peaches or nectarines, halved and pitted
  • 1/3 cup orange marmalade
  • 1/4 cup SUNNYD Orange Strawberry
  • 1 cup raspberries or blueberries


Pour SUNNYD Smooth Orange into a large shallow dish

Add carambola slices, pineapple rings and peach halves; turn to coat. Let stand 10 minutes, turning fruit occasionally

Meanwhile, coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium (300°F to 350°F)

Place carambola, pineapple and peaches directly on grill

Grill 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown, turning once. (Watch carefully to avoid burning.)

Remove from grill; set aside

In a small bowl whisk together, orange marmalade and SUNNYD Orange Strawberry

Add berries; toss to coat

Place grilled fruit on 4 dessert plates, and top with berry mixture. Serve warm
