Prepare the glaze and refrigerate
Brown the chicken thighs with canola oil, salt, mustard, honey, salt and pepper
Sear chicken with the onions in a saute pan
Glaze chicken thighs with a brush
Put chicken thighs in a sheet pan with onions, cover in foil
Bake at 300° for 45 minutes
