Mango Shrimp Skewers

(Servings 5 Skewers: 3 shrimp each skewer)


  • 10 Medium sized shrimp cleaned


  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • Grated ginger, Small knob
  • 2 cloves Grated garlic
  • 3 tbsp Mango SUNNYD
  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Lime juice
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Brush on Grill

  • Canola Oil


Mix the marinade ingredients together in a bowl, and add shrimp, transfer to the refrigerator for 15 mins.

Skewer shrimp, brush preheated grill or grill pan with oil, and cook until pink and crispy on each side, and no longer translucent.
